Definitive assessment of a businesses "compliance" should be made by a lawyer, accountant, government agency, or other professional. There are many organizations available to help businesses become compliant with tax law. Think Federal, State, and Local taxes and in some cases with businesses dealing with international clients or shipping/receiving from other countries there may be other taxes.
